      Excellent discount, only promote from within!

      Cons

      District Mgrs are either great or terrible to work for. Some are very motivating while some are extremely lazy, rarely train and were promoted for their numbers only, not their people skills. Firm promises are sometimes made and not honored. Obtaining credit apps is viewed as important as attaining sales. You'll emotionally berated when you don't produce credit. Merchandise quality is average.

      Pros

      Low pressure when it comes to quality of work. Manager is very insecure and would prefer his workers to do a poor job, because it makes him feel superior.

      Cons

      The job title should be "shop whipping boy/girl." I received very poor training and was blamed for everything that went wrong in this unorganized joke of a business. Manger is disrespectful and insulting. He strategically sets workers up for failure in an effort to make them feel worthless. His temper is unpredictable, and he loses it often. They give arbitrary production quotas, once they are reached, they raise them, then they use this as an excuse to deny raises and advancement. I have never felt so undervalued in an employment situation.

      There is nothing positive to say about this company, they are the poster child for Corporate greed. Treat their employees terribly, it is amazing anyone works for them.

      Cons

      Worst company I have ever worked for, except I'm not sure if it is a company or a cult. Employment begins with deceptive hiring practices (makes promises of grandiose earnings and advancement) both of which never happen. Method of training...brainwashing. Deceptive selling practices...selling extended service plans that are not needed and rip off consumers. Harsh treatment of employees, the mentality is beat on employees until they produce, otherwise continue with daily brainwashing techniques. This is a very bad company, please do not apply.
