District Mgrs are either great or terrible to work for. Some are very motivating while some are extremely lazy, rarely train and were promoted for their numbers only, not their people skills. Firm promises are sometimes made and not honored. Obtaining credit apps is viewed as important as attaining sales. You'll emotionally berated when you don't produce credit. Merchandise quality is average.
