Customer service and jewelry knowledge. Hopeful acknowledgement and appreciation by customers takes the place of the dysfunctional dynasty that calls itself "helpful or encouraging or supportive."

Cons

Crappy and dysfunctional store staff and management. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Company is very sneaky, dishonest, lots of idle promises and ambushes!

Professional atmosphere and people to work with. Great selection and prices. Stores are clean and very well organized and displayed.

Cons

I have left 3 times to try other jobs and jewelry companies and have always been offered to come back.
