Decent base pay for management and bonuses are ok.

Cons

Getting credit from customers that don't want it is horrible. All this company cares about is credit.

Pros

I loved working for a company that provided training and promotion opportunities to all of their employees. Benefits are also pretty good -- paid time off for part-time employees is pretty amazing. I loved the team environment and flexibility. I had some of the best bosses in my career while working for Sterling.

Cons

The commission structure leaves something to be desired. Considering the size and revenue of this company, they REALLY didn't pay very well. Unfortunately this results in unnecessary turnover because the very best employees leave for higher paying companies.
