NO FAMILY TIME! At some points I worked over 73 hours a week during holidays. I asked for a weekend off EIGHT MONTHS IN ADVANCE and was told no. The pay is pennies compared to the time and effort you put into the company. Managers are required to recruit, and train all while maintaining their standards. Vacation time is only given after the fiscal year and then in between events and after the employees that have been there long take their vacation which for me would have been a year and 8 months after I started. I was constantly told no all while the manage above me did what ever she pleased... When I attempted to report it to my district manager she ignored my phone calls.
