You get a discount on jewelry you buy and when you do so under your name, you also get a commission on those pieces.

Cons

You will lose your commission money when a customer returns jewelry.

The company offers good benefits, excellent training materials, and good potential for advancement.

Cons

The Store Manager is a stumbling block to employee growth and potential advancement. She doesn't follow through with training and doesn't support her staff. She shows favoritism and is very condescending to employees that she doesn't like. The Assistant Manager doesn't assist with the training and is allowed to dress in extremely revealing and unprofessional attire because she is a star performer. The District Manager looks the other way because the store continues to exceed it's sales goals.
