      Flexible working hours. Training available. Good discount. Excellent commission scheme. Very good benefits, sick pay, holidays, pension,

      Cons

      Top down management style. Very Cliquey, certain people get opportunities others don't. Products aren't always of a good quality, so you have to deal with a lot of repairs and complaints. High pressure to sell LeVian jewellry.

      - Managers were nice at the start - Easy interview process

      Cons

      I fell ill and was admitted to hospital - I had a phone call after 1 day of not being at work saying if I was not back the next day i would no longer have a job. Management were rude and short. Would not work for them again. I understand it's a busy period and they needed staff in asap but the way they dismissed me was just rude. It wasn't as if I was hungover or had a cold I was in hospital there was no way of working
