Difficult customers Uneven shifts Not a stable week No holidays allowed to be taken during winter months. Working bank holidays Working Christmas eve and boxing day Standing for 8 hours (not allowed to sit unless with a customer or on break)

They have a lot good brands so you can have more experience when you work here especially fine jewellery and luxury watch. Also if you are really good sale like make £80000 sales in a month then you do have good commission.

Cons

managers are all super busy for unimportant things. back office like "special order" department are not helpful at all. they always trying to make you more harder to order something and lose the sale. everyone in our store have the same feeling. also, rota is always a mess you never know when you going to work.
