      Good place for the people pursuing a stable job

      Pros

      Great place for employee in the different experience level. For beginner, the co-workers are so willing to help you to grow in the company. For experienced employee, this is the place with minimum work pressure if you are not in a management. Challenge in work is really small.

      Cons

      pay is relative low than the same position in different industry. holidays are fewer than other industry. 401k match is not as matching as other company.
