Positive environment with continuing sales opportunities. Great opportunities to learn how to run a business, focus on pNl statements and overhead.

Cons

Holiday work hours are obscene! They will try to low-ball your salary if your aren't insistent. Work hard, and they don't see it unless you toot your own horn.

Unconsistant in treatment of employees Pay is unfair Benifits could be better! Way better! Retail hours and you may not see Monday schedule until Sunday.. (day before) Work/Life balance - they expect you to have no life.. work is your life\ no one ever seems happy! Constant bickering , employees and management And the biggest issue is that manager sets rules and standards and is constantly breaking them themselves. Sitting in group talking, talking on cell phone on sales floor, being rude in front of guest to give some examples.
