Employees sometimes treated like children. Product team is in Canada, communication can be challenging. Products could be easier to use on Macs.

Minimal - Free booze Ping Pong Food. You'll get to go to sox games and pats games instead of getting the salary you should have. The Sales Director is a good guy with a bright future, unfortunately that's the only good thing about Signiant.

Cons

Starts at the top with senior leadership. they take advantage of young professionals. pay them dirt salaries and dont reward people who work hard. if you want to grow a career, not a place for you.
