Pros

-working with a robust product that works and has been proven in its industry -great work life balance, free food, coffee, snacks, and company events -low stress, generous vacation policy -some of the nicest coworkers I have ever worked with; you will be respected!

Cons

-unclear direction moving forward; not enough communication from management to employees -lack of understanding from department to department; need to better align groups to work cohesively -no clear path to raises; no reviews in place to see how you’re doing or where you career at Signiant will take you

Pros

Minimal - Free booze Ping Pong Food. You'll get to go to sox games and pats games instead of getting the salary you should have. The Sales Director is a good guy with a bright future, unfortunately that's the only good thing about Signiant.

Cons

Starts at the top with senior leadership. they take advantage of young professionals. pay them dirt salaries and dont reward people who work hard. if you want to grow a career, not a place for you.
