Pros

Minimal - Free booze Ping Pong Food. You'll get to go to sox games and pats games instead of getting the salary you should have. The Sales Director is a good guy with a bright future, unfortunately that's the only good thing about Signiant.

Cons

Starts at the top with senior leadership. they take advantage of young professionals. pay them dirt salaries and dont reward people who work hard. if you want to grow a career, not a place for you.

Pros

Surrounded by talented and team driven personnels. Great culture and management team. Great company events, perks and benefits throughout the organization. Everyone is always positive and feedback a is always welcome. Career growth reviews and outstanding leadership that leads, not the typical tell you what to do managements. Great products to work with in a awesome market - media and entertainment (Disney, BBC, NFL, NHL, FOX, etc).

Cons

Need to expand and gathering personnel data from others salary need to be more consistent and competitive. No 401k match, traditional PTO use it or lose it style.
