I worked within the FP&A team. I have never been made to feel more stupid in my life by the environment this role was in. I care about the work I do and care to do the right things but questions were not welcomed. No diversity at all throughout the Lexington office. Overheard a group of employees mentioning that a new employee that hadn’t started was Asian.

Overall a very good employer.. benefits were already decent when I started but were recently enhanced to be quite competitive. Employees are given a good deal of flexibility. Colleagues are friendly and knowledgeable. CEO is accessible & approachable and seems to genuinely care about employees

Pros

- Fair compensation - though targets are becoming increasingly difficult to achieve - decent perks, but no different to many other tech companies out there

Cons

- limited career progression opportunities - toxic micro management style from the boardroom down - no alignment between BDR / CSM / Field Sales - most teams do their own thing - Marketing struggle to convert MQL 's to SQL's the process needs re-thinking, even the seasoned execs in the company are confirming this - yet they are not heard.
