System issues (too many things running on a laptop when it should be a PC) Silly attendance policies Lack of company accountability Even if you schedule appointments you won’t get paid for them if they are not completed. The nurses a lot of times just plain don’t show up. Realizing there is too much that affects you and you can’t control it, is a deal breaker. Members cuss at you assuming you’re a scam bc their insurance company hasn’t even told them that we would be calling. Overall not a great environment mentally or financially.
