Pros

I have been working here full time for more than five years and am proud of how this company has been run. The employees are great and hard working and actually believe in the benefits our services provide to the healthcare community. We are a company that rewards its employees for doing the right thing and does not stress the bottom line. The culture is great and makes coming to work everyday fun and exciting. I can't recommend this company enough!

Cons

We do a pretty good job of giving back to charitable organizations but I would like to see us as a company do more in all the communities we work in.

Flexible schedule, bonding with patients.

Cons

Unpredictable number of scheduling. There could be less than desirable number of patients scheduled which is totally out of my control. You get paid by the number of patients seen but patients can cancel last minute or scheduling team may not schedule enough patients a day.

Pros

I have worked for this company for close to 4 years and love it! I feel I have complete autonomy, I am not “micromanaged”, but my manager does get back to me within 24 hours to answer any questions. I feel trusted snd independent, but not “alone”. We are appreciated for the work we do. Clients are typically very sweet & appreciative. Training is appropriate and not overkill. Work- life balance is excellent, but I should say I am part-time. Promotions seem to happen often, so there is opportunity for advancement.

Cons

We are never guaranteed hours and run low on patients sometimes. In fact, I am now looking for supplemental work.
