      Maturity leave is amazing. 12 weeks, full pay. Overall the company focuses on your work/life balance. They all understand when you have personal issues that you need to handle and are always willing to work with you as long as you communicate the need. They are very thoughtful. When I had my baby, I was sent multiple items from the staff and Sikich as a whole. Everyone I work with is extremely nice. Management focuses on your personal growth constantly. You can go how ever far you want with your profession. I honestly love working here. I have been so blessed to work with so many talented individuals. Not to mention with the pandemic it was comforting how easily we transitioned to remote work. They handled the situation so well and are always trying to make sure their staff is comfortable. It feels good to know there is that job security.

      I honestly do not have anything yet that is a con.
