Pros

I have worked at my fair share of consulting companies. Sikich has the best onboarding program of any company I have worked for (consulting or private). My management line is open to new ideas and fosters innovation and learning (with their own internal University!). There are many opportunities to collaborate within my own team and across the company. There are multiple career paths available to any individual, even across departments. I have enjoyed my time here with Sikich and hope to for many years to come!

Cons

Working remotely can get a bit lonely sometimes. So if you are a social person consider working at least part-time in any one of the local offices across the country.

Open, honest, collaborative culture; smart people; growing company; new ideas sought and appreciated; opportunity for growth; many locations; company is open to individuals switching career roles or moving to a different office.

Cons

High deductible health care plan; vacation and PTO is average; coming from smaller company experiences I wore more hats and there is a learning curve to understanding about the company.
