      Flexibility and Work/Life Balance

      Pros

      A large number of people are able to work either completely from their homes or if working in an office can typically work at least one day a week from home. I love the flexibility of being able to work at home when I need to be there for my kids. Any time something comes up family related my boss is always completely understanding and let's me do what I need to do to make life easier, knowing that they can trust me to still get the job done.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that we just need to increase opportunities for those in the offices to get together. Since we do have so many at clients or working from home it makes it more of a challenge for group fun events and makes the office super quiet. But they are trying to increase those with a Halloween gathering and a holiday lunch that everyone is invited to.

      Pros

      Sikich has a great culture and offers a ton of flexibility. It is an agile team environment without a lot of hierarchy. The leadership team encourages new ideas from the whole organization.

      Cons

      High growth organization so you have to be able to move quickly and adapt to change.
