      Strong leadership and direction. Pay is solid and good team approach

      Cons

      Lot's of M&A activity which leads to reorgs and assimilation which can create constant change. Not necessarily bad but can be problematic.

      Extended hours during tax season (10-hour days - 7 days a week). Depending on who you work for, you could be working for a small regional firm that is not in sync with the firm's grand vision for growth.
