Pros

Nothing is good about this company.

Cons

Promotions and raises aren’t about skill or tenure anymore. If partners don’t personally see your value, you’re stuck. Leadership used to be supportive, but now managers dodge people and dump work just to avoid writing review notes. Outsourcing has only made things worse. Work‑life balance is a joke. Everything revolves around hitting your hours, and everyone knows the only way to survive is to inflate them. Management knows it too, they just won’t admit it. That’s the culture. Staff and seniors are the only ones who actually communicate. Managers and partners barely read emails. The environment is toxic, and it’s not changing. Hours drive revenue, so if you don’t hit them, you’re at risk. But if you put too many hours into a project, that’s a problem too. It’s a no‑win system. Overall, it's very toxic and draining.

Pros

-Remote work -Paid for CPA study material -Bonus for passing CPA exam

Cons

Where to begin? The training was essentially nonexistent. You get thrown off the high dive with little guidance. I felt the partners and managers were condescending and disrespectful considering the lack of guidance. The pay was terrible and the merit increase was a slap in the face. Opportunities for advancement were dangled but not given. Annual reviews were very subjective, and qualifications and expectations for promotions were unclear. The benefits were incredibly expensive. Time off requests were required to be submitted months in advance. The scheduling strategy is pool based rather than location based. I was asked to travel out of state multiple times rather than have someone from the office in that city participate on a job. Executive leadership was incredible vague. It always felt like they were hiding something and refused to answer questions from employees during town hall meetings. One of the worst employment experiences I’ve ever had. Stay far away.

Pros

None - engaged in questionable practices

Cons

- Concerning when they start documenting in emails after every meeting - They work you out of the company one by one - Unrealistic billable hours - the purpose is to make you feel less in case they need to let you go - Their behavior is purposeful to damage you and make you agree with them - Their questionable behavior does not happen immediately. It happens over time. - They will purposefully not give you work so you’re low on billable hours. - No career opportunities. They will sabotage you so they don’t promote you or you quit - They want you to quit so they’ll do whatever they can to fulfill their goal - You can cry after so much abuse. They won’t care. Instead they’ll wait so they can continue the abuse. - Someone needs to be terminated every year so they continue to hire first year salary
