I've been with the company for several years, and my experience has been profoundly disappointing. The leadership at the top is extremely toxic, consistently making employees feel worthless. They create an environment where different ideas and views are stifled, fostering a culture where a servant attitude is necessary just to survive. In this company, you are expected to yield to the whims of those above you. It's essentially a puppet culture where the politics are intense, primarily aimed at showcasing managers' and partners' attitudes rather than achieving meaningful progress. There's a 100% lack of empathy from the top leadership, who are notorious for backbiting and creating a divisive atmosphere. This has resulted in a highly stressful and demoralizing workplace. If you value your self-respect and mental well-being, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for employment.
