      fun, and always interesting work environment very laid back but professional firm big company with a small company feel pleanty of room for individual growth

      Cons

      only con i can think of, is the lack of health insurance options

      Pros

      I have worked at my fair share of consulting companies. Sikich has the best onboarding program of any company I have worked for (consulting or private). My management line is open to new ideas and fosters innovation and learning (with their own internal University!). There are many opportunities to collaborate within my own team and across the company. There are multiple career paths available to any individual, even across departments. I have enjoyed my time here with Sikich and hope to for many years to come!

      Cons

      Working remotely can get a bit lonely sometimes. So if you are a social person consider working at least part-time in any one of the local offices across the country.

      Pros

      Working at Sikich has been the most challenging, and faced paced role I've had in my career, and I've enjoyed every minute of it. I am challenged each day, I work with extraordinary people, and the voice you can have at a company like Sikich is rewarding. You are able to grow at Sikich, but you'll need to keep up!

      Cons

      The work environment can be loud at times, creating distractions and hindering productivity.
