Our “work where you work best” policy has had great success amongst employees. During the hiring process, our HR team works diligently to ensure they provide a thoughtful description of every position including its requirements and workload expectations. Unfortunately, certain positions are not always the right fit. In regard to layoffs, Sikich has been in the fortunate position of not having to initiate that process.
