      Pros

      Sikich is a breath of fresh air. Coming from various sales organizations that condone high-pressure sales and create the boiler room effect, working in this sales department has shown me how organizations are supposed to be run. Great leadership + great vision = great outlook.

      Cons

      Some of the technical processes are underdeveloped, could use more formal training and development of CRM.

      A Great Firm to Work For

      Pros

      What's not a positive attribute of Sikich? The atmosphere, opportunities, office, support, resources, and employees all make this firm a fantastic place to work. It's hard to truly understand unless you've worked with us. It's a team environment unlike any other in all of the best ways. The work-life balance is great and you really enjoy getting up in the morning and going to work for this firm!

      Cons

      Of course, as an accounting firm the healthcare benefits are lacking, which is typical of the industry. But you can't beat 12 weeks paid maternity leave! And they have paid time for fathers and adoption leave as well!

      Pros

      Sikich is a fast moving organization with great career opportunities. There are many opportunities to learn and develop through the formalized Sikich University program. Additionally, there are countless years of expertise and reputable industry leaders at Sikich, so there are plenty of experts to learn from. The work environment, culture and people are outstanding. As with any organization, room to improve in some areas, but the firm is growing so rapidly it is exciting to be part of something that feels alive! Looking forward to being part of the firm as it continues to leap forward to the future! Great place to work if you have an open mind and are seeking flexibility in your work and personal life too.

      Since it is a rapidly growing organization, there is a lot of change happening. So you really need to stay plugged in to changes and new developments to understand how they impact your role or other procedures.
