Thank you for your feedback about company leadership and the positive and supportive culture. When workforce changes become necessary, sometimes in response to the external marketplace and environment, we make every effort to explore alternative roles across different parts of our business in an effort to reassign individuals. Unfortunately, there are times when a role is simply not the right fit and/or we’re unable to identify another suitable role. Additionally, our flexibility, in parts of our business, is sometimes limited by client-imposed requirements.
