Pros

The people are fantastic. Most are caring and rally around you for support. Bi-Weekly cross-functional trainings. Will work around your personal schedule with no impact.

Cons

Leaders are so busy bouncing between tasks that they don't have time to work on the company versus within the company. The messaging isn't consistent throughout the leadership. A wealth of resources, but they aren't organized well, and the sole focus is on building the following billable product.
