      Pros

      Lots of support, good culture. Kind, cares about employees. Great benefits. Very smart people. Lots of growth. What you see is what you get. The expectations they set in my interview were exactly what the job and culture was like when I got here.

      Cons

      Growth pains, not as organized in onboarding and systems as they could be, trying to find their identity as a whole organization made of many pieces.

      Pros

      Benefits are great nowadays. PTO is very flexible and we’re told to take a minimum of 4 weeks off. This absolutely helps motivate staff.

      Cons

      Expectations for quality of service are high but some core processes in place are very, very clunky still. Making delivery of those expectations unduly difficult.
