      Cons

      Compensation lower than what you could expect elsewhere if you are in a high cost of living area.

      Strong leadership and direction. Pay is solid and good team approach

      Cons

      Lot's of M&A activity which leads to reorgs and assimilation which can create constant change. Not necessarily bad but can be problematic.
