Very team-oriented and collaborative. The Director encourages our feedback and elicits our opinions as SME's on solutions. I feel 100% supported and safe in sharing "out of the box" ideas. The CEO's move to remote work and ongoing commitment to virtual office is progressive especially with other consulting firms returning to onsite work. My Director seems like she is on our side and helps us to grow in our abilities and it is not all about billable hours. The PTO is great too. I was nice to have the last week of the year off.

Cons

I would like to see more opportunity to connect remotely for team-building activities. What we have done so far has been great but would like to see more. Health benefits are a bit expensive.
