Pros
- Committed to employee-first desires to remain remote employees post-Covid. Traveling onsite Monday - Thursday is out of date yet still a requirement at most large consultancies. - Salesforce team is a fun and supportive group. All trying to grow the practice and help each other with individual goals along the way. - Competitive compensation in a competitive hiring market. - Smaller, growing (quickly) Salesforce team inside of a larger, established firm is a great dynamic to work in. - Trust in employees to meet client's needs and be hands on while doing it, regardless of level. Analysts are hands-on here—no endless PPT creation.
Cons
- Health plan isn't the cheapest if you are on the family plan.
