Our organization is extremely lucky to be filled with wonderful people. We take pride in our Flex Time Off policy and our approach to team members working where they work best, whether that’s at home or in an office or a combination of the two.       If you are a self-starter that wants to build a career surrounded by a team that is motivated, passionate, smart, and agile, Sikich is a great place for you. Sikich fosters an environment where innovation is valued and good ideas are supported. I have been provided so many opportunities to grow and develop throughout my time at Sikich.

      Cons

      If you are used to working in a large, bureaucratic organization where you do the bare minimum to get by or do not know how to meet objectives unless you are told exactly what to do, Sikich is not the place for you.
