Great PTO policy and fairly flexible on working hours. Good culture and good people to work with. Management is fairly responsive to suggestions on improvement.

Cons

Management can be bad at communicsting. Benefits such as insurance and 401k match are fine but nothing amazing.

Trying to grow the firm too fast, losing sight. Immense amount of changes making it difficult to get daily work done. Overall disorganized, inconsistent, and lack of training for new hires and current employees.
