Sikich has a culture that espouses and demonstrates commitment to growth, innovation, and diversity. Now here a year, and onboarding in an entirely remote setting, I have been so pleased with the level of engagement, commitment to doing the right thing, and the conscientiousness of leadership. Worker safety is a clear priority as evidenced by the shift to working in a primarily remote setting without missing a beat.

No downsides but to maintain a laser focus on serving clients, relationship building, and employee wellbeing as we have seen to date.
