      Thank you for your feedback. We are excited to have recently rolled out an internal pulse survey to help activate our employees’ voices. Our survey reports showed that our team members want more communication from leadership, as you mentioned, and thus, we’ve initiated a strong strategy that implements video snapshots from our CEO and executive team as well as an ongoing series of internal communication from our firm’s leaders. Our continued pulse surveys will provide the opportunity for our staff to offer their feedback on a regular basis, and we encourage everyone to take advantage of it.
