      Pros

      Flexible time off - If you can get around to using vacation time.

      Cons

      Worst office politics in the workplace I’ve ever encountered. The firm has two goals, appeasing management, and growing top line revenue and does not care for much else. They will treat staff and seniors very poorly - i.e. overworking, and always underpaying compared to market rates, as well as dangling promotions over employees heads to get them to work more (and then not delivering on said promotions). You either sip the Kool-Aid of management or you won’t be treated favorably.

      Our employees are our number one asset, so we are glad to hear that you were able to take advantage of our flexible time off benefit. We are very disappointed to hear of your less-than-ideal experience with us. Poor treatment of staff is certainly not tolerated by our leadership and is not a part of our overall culture, and we take feedback regarding this issue very seriously. We will continue to improve our offering of relevant internal training to develop fair and compassionate managers through a culture of collaboration and accountability.

      Politics and weak culture

      WFH opportunities, Flexible PTO, decent compensation

      Cons

      Never have felt so stressed with a company. They are continually changing, very political, no strong culture at the corporate location, outdated systems. Sleek website and marketing hide an overall weak company.

      Pros

      The people that work at Sikich make it a great place to work. They are forward-thinking, smart, fun and overall good people. Additionally, the culture has driven more great people to join the firm in recent years. I can say that it was not always this way. The culture has shifted to a more desirable one now than what it was when I joined the firm over three years ago. Management and firm leaders really listen to feedback from employees and they now offer better benefits, more flexibility, more advanced technology and greater development opportunities than they had 3 - 4 years ago.

      Cons

      Not all offices are as desirable, new and advanced as others. It would be great to have consistent work-space for employees at all locations.
