12 hour shifts allows more days off per week every other week you only work two days and yah it’s a 12hr shift get over it. Honest hard work, great amount of vacation, sick, flex holidays, always willing to help you when you need a day or part of a day off. Management isnt over barring. Room for growth in company and with raises. Health care is good and also quarterly bonuses.

A semiconductor mfg haven in the middle of corn fields. A wholly owned subsidiary of a fortune 500 company yet with a midwest small company feel. Great Culture!
