      They took all the pro's away from us

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. You can only get promoted if you are buddies with the manager of the department with promotion available. Takes week' s sometimes even months to get an answer from anyone above a team lead. ( if they even get back to you). Upper management could care less about anyone on the shop floor. HR is an absolute joke. Management is so focused on getting our 2nd plant up and going that they've completely neglected the eaton plant.

      Benefits, cafeteria, baby leave and lunch time

      Hr is garbage. Management is garbage. Raises suck. Hours suck. Covid gave everyone the greatest excuse ever to become masters of "not my job"

      Management is horrible. The company promotes based off of what ever manager is friends with who. Good luck moving up without being friends or family of a manager
