Racist and misogynistic culture often attacking younger people and promoting toxic conservative values. Trying to expand growth into another area of interest was not permitted in particular when discussing during employee reviews...

Family oriented. Flexible with personal work life balance. Extremely safety focused which was an awesome thing! I was given a lot of room to grow and introduce new systems and thinking.

Cons

Sometimes slow to react but slow and steady works for them.
