When it was Portola Packaging, there were plenty of good things to say, but after the takeover, not anymore.
Cons
Incompetent senior leadership, Corporate staff will not look you in the eye. Very dismissive of personal life, and you are expected to serve the company and company alone. Naive and Childish HR department.
