      An excellent work schedule 3 days on 4 days on alternating every week with a relatively enjoyable environment with good co workers.

      Cons

      Management leaves much to be desired with poor attention to normal activity from floor supervisors and even worse from higher ups showing a serious lack of knowledge on functions of equipment.
