Work-life balance is good. Pay is decent for the work you do. Very friendly and helpful atmosphere.

Cons

Good workers are taken advantage of and poor workers are given a pass. Management constantly makes excuses for poor workers and gives them special treatment while piling up the work on the good workers. When the issue is brought up to management and HR, they make excuses and turn it around so that you are the problem. Your job performance also doesn't play a roll in your yearly raise.

Amazing team (mostly), solid management, good and competitive starting pay for new graduates, opportunity to move up within corporate.

Cons

On call is outdated and annoying, little organization and lots a miscommunications where it counts, limited remote work opportunity as result of old ways of management, you will do way more than the job description describes and little to no monetary bonus aside from a small yearly raise.
