Make a lot of money for the position. Overtime is abundant, and pays extremely well.

Cons

They do not care about their employees in the slightest. It shows in the culture

A lot of room for improvement.

Pros

Making over $17 an hour with benefits to, sometimes, stand around doing very little on certain machines running a certain product.

Cons

When they're not micromanaging everything you do, management is laughably incompetent to the point of mixing up scheduling of employees from different shifts. Can't find help when you need it. For example, when there's a problem with your machine, you'll spend, roughly, 10-15 min hunting down an Operator who is either hiding out somewhere in the building or outside smoking with the Supervisor. You're not allowed to go to your car or leave the premises on breaks (15 min, 20 min lunch, 15 min.) due to a prior drug problem within the location. Which is, essentially, punishing current employees for the mistakes of those no longer with the company. Very high potential for injury. Even with proper PPE and lifting techniques, I've been cut and bruised *multiple* times since being hired all for the sake of meeting a quota on time. Management expects a level of production that just isn't realistic or safe regarding some machines running a particular product. High chance you won't get to work some days as there won't be enough work to go around. I've seen a single person sent home 3 days in 1 week. Lastly, the cherry on top, is the location is so understaffed that management will *draft* you to work additional hours on a different shift in addition to the hours you worked on your scheduled shift. And, if you say "no", you will be given a point for not showing up. Regardless of what's going on in your life. After so many points, you will be terminated.
