Pros

Though overall pay was good the pay of the skilled labor was too close to general workers. Overtime was abundant but seemed to be their way of not paying what the standard was for credentials in area.

Cons

Very poor management. Promotion was based on brown nosing. Education level for management positions was irrelevant. Ling hours, expected to put work before family. Hot, dirty and loud working conditions . Hard work was credited with more work but very little praise. As an electrician they expected you to be not only be an electrician, but a programmer and an engineer all in one all for below average pay.
