Not many cons. Stable and reliable.

If you work as a supervisor like I did, they will start you out working a normal 8 to 9 hour day until you take over a shift then you will be expected to work 14 plus hours on a 4-3, 3-4 schedule as well as come in on your days off for meetings and training with no overtime compensation. This leads to high turnover in the supervisors so they are seen as little more than temporary babysitters by the hourly workers.
