Pros to this job is you make a lot of money You can move to different positions if available.

Cons

No life outside of work, they lie and tell you it’ll be 4-3-3-4 shift but in reality you can look forward to at least 60 hours per week. Turnover rate is at least 95%. THEY HAVE NO SICK POLICY. Surgery, kids etc doesn’t matter to them. It’s management versus the workers. They only care about the people who have been there 40 years, they are privately racist , chauvinistic as well.
