      - Nice people - Great once a year holiday party

      Cons

      - Management doesn’t communicate with employees and hardly resolves any issues that arise. - Very traditional company so they don’t accept changes well - They don’t pay well. Only management gets bonuses. - No room to move up - Every year they keep adding more work but they refuse to pay employees more
