Because I have to leave a 20 word minimum here the only thing I can even think of would be that the pay is just O.K.

Cons

Poor management to employee relations, dirty working conditions, forced to work your off days the majority of the time, no room for advancement, upper management treats floor supervisors very poorly, good old boys club within upper management, constant intimidation by upper management to both hourly and salary employees, idea's for improvement ignored by upper management, upper management "team building" outings promote excessive alcohol consumption, I could go on and on. If you are looking to apply for a job with Silgan Containers I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Some of the plants are not well kept. Others are in excellent shape.
