Cons
Union factory. Lack of advancement opportunities for managers, non-transparent, executive management unwilling to give capital expense money. Leadership training is all lip service and not implemented. Salaried personnel are actively blocked from moving up or on. Senior management generally caves to will of the union on discipline issues. Systemic issues that will not be addressed and instead are pushed off as a poor individual attitude. Last, "Good ol' boy" style of management.
