      Production management training program great place to start your operations career. Financially stable company. Company tends to perform well in a good and poor economy. Lots of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Depends on the plant you work at because they all have their own culture. Long hours and many weekends worked without comp days. Medical insurance is terrible.
