      Pros

      There is no pros to this place. I was stressed the entire 2-3 weeks I was there before I was wrongfully let go for others mistakes

      Cons

      The schedule, The coverage of union at the day of start, the benefits don’t start day one, Training was very unclear and all over the place, during orientation, everything the employees do is backwards, and there’s nothing you can do about it since they have seniority

      Hot old machines no leadership no training zero safety standards filthy dangerous list goes on and on. There’s a joke that we the lights swings it of the youth of the 30s when they worked there.
